1. Introduction
These terms of use define the terms of mobile car interior cleaning services offered by Sisu Gloss Auto.
Sisu Gloss Auto operates as a mobile service, and all services are performed at the location indicated by the customer.
By booking or using our services, you accept these terms of use.
2. Definitions
Customer: A person or company that books the interior cleaning service.
Company: Sisu Gloss Auto.
Vehicle: The customer’s car or other vehicle that is cleaned.
Services: The interior car cleaning services provided by the company.
3. Nature of the Service (Mobile Service)
Sisu Gloss Auto provides a mobile interior car cleaning service at the location specified by the customer.
The customer must ensure:
A safe and legal parking location for the vehicle
Sufficient working space around the vehicle
The customer is required to provide access to electricity and water
A safe working environment for performing the service
The company has the right to refuse service or reschedule the appointment if the working conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
A surcharge may be applied for locations more than 20 km from the center of Tampere.
4. Scope of the Service
The service content is determined based on the service booked by the customer. Detailed descriptions of service packages can be found in the company’s official service list.
Additional services may also be ordered on-site and may be charged separately.
The final price is determined based on:
Vehicle size
Interior condition
Level of dirt
Possible additional services
5. Service Start and Completion
Start of Service
The service time begins when:
The company arrives at the agreed location
The vehicle is accessible and ready to be cleaned
The cleaning work physically begins
If access to the vehicle is delayed due to the customer (e.g., vehicle not present, keys missing, or inadequate working conditions), the service time may be considered to have started at the agreed time.
Completion of Service
The service ends when:
The agreed cleaning work has been completed
The vehicle is ready to be handed over to the customer
All tools and equipment have been packed and returned to the company vehicle
Customers must inspect the vehicle upon completion. If any issue arises, the company will correct it.
Refunds are not provided once the vehicle has been accepted by the customer.
Additional Time
If the vehicle’s condition requires significantly more work than originally estimated, the company will inform the customer before continuing.
Any additional costs require customer approval before work continues.
6. Estimates and Pricing
Price estimates are based on the information provided by the customer during booking.
The final price may change if the actual condition of the vehicle differs materially from what was stated.
SUVs, vans, or exceptionally dirty vehicles may incur an additional charge.
7. Booking and Payment Terms
The booking and location must be confirmed in advance.
Payment is due immediately after the service is completed unless otherwise agreed.

Bank transfer
The company has the right to request a deposit in special cases or larger bookings.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the agreed time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a €20 cancellation fee.
Rescheduling is possible subject to availability.
9. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must:
Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before the service
Inform about any existing interior damage
Ensure access to the vehicle at the agreed time
The company is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
The customer must not rush or pressure employees. All services are performed according to safety guidelines and professional standards.
10. Limitation of Liability
Sisu Gloss Auto handles every vehicle carefully and professionally.
However:
Permanent stains, odors, wear, discoloration, or pre-existing damage may not be fully repairable.
The company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, fragile materials, or hidden defects.
Any complaints must be reported immediately after the service is completed.
11. Force Majeure
The company is not responsible for delays or inability to perform the service due to circumstances beyond its control, such as:
Severe or exceptional weather conditions (including heavy rain, snow, storms, or extreme temperatures)
Equipment failures
Accidents
Road works or road closures
Government or authority orders
In such circumstances, the Company reserves the right to reschedule the appointment to the next available convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible within a reasonable time, or if the customer declines the alternative appointment, a refund or transfer of the booking to a future date will be offered.
12. Changes
Sisu Gloss Auto reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms are available to customers.
13. Photo & Media Permission
The Company may take before-and-after photographs of the vehicle for quality control, training, and marketing purposes.
Photographs will not display license plates, personal belongings, or any information that could identify the customer.
By using the Company’s services, the customer consents to such photography unless they explicitly request otherwise before the service begins.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using our services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
